Podcast???

Let us get some feed back shall we? i havent received that many emails with questions or topics of discussion so I am curious what the general concensus is about the podcast. do we like????

I left a comment at the posting. LOVED it.

I’m so happy Lee decided to start this podcast series. I’ve wanted to know more about his method and the history behind the obvious extensive work involved in crafting the Epic Universe. Let me state something emphatically. This series will be the next Star Wars. Mr. Stephen’s plot and characters are some of the most well-thought out and rich in modern science fiction literature. His ability to convey emotion and trial through words is nothing short of astounding. Some of the scenes in his work will bring tears to your eyes and hope to your heart. Others will break it into a million pieces. However, at those tough times, the other characters are there to talk you through it. Reading some scenes can be like a self-session with a psychiatrist but always ending with a productive result (and less money spent). Hopefully, a really smart film studio will recognize this amazing series and immortalize it on the silver-screen.

But woe to the film studio that would corrupt this amazing work. You’ll have at least one more disgruntled member of society to deal with other than Mr. Stephen.

Haven't picked up Hero yet but I'm looking forward to it. Thanks for starting this!

Great work on the podcast. I just listened to the whole thing, and I liked it. I really hope that you can keep this going on a regular basis. As far as topics, as Logan said, really nothing specific comes to mind right now, so just pick one of the many many topics we've talked about here recently.

spolier....as in if you didnt read the third book yet you want have any idea what we are talking about and it may ruin some of it for you. the podcasts will generally be about the things in Hero, so if you havent read it yet i STRONLY suggest that you read Hero first!!!

I listen to a lot of podcasts and it is my experiense that voice feedback is a little more interesting than text. One way to do that is to have the podcast set up a voicemail number, but that is probably overkill in the beginning. If you have a microphone for your computer it should be pretty easy to record a short message in mp3 format and just send it via email to Spolice or derek.

As for Skype, downloading the software is 100% free of charge. And as long as you are connecting to other computers, not a phone, making the call is also free. And a webcam is not needed, just a microphone. It shouldn't be too difficult to get it set up.

i concur esther, downloading skype isnt that hard, but, and i am speaking from epxerience and lee can vouch for me, it doesnt work with All computers. I had a dell a while ago and skype just kind quit the play with it. so give it a trial run.

as far as the voicemails go thats an interesting idea but i dont know how that would work as far as play backs go. remember this is done via two people at separate computers, one in georgia and one in ohio. we dont exactly have the high tech equipment to make that sound as awesome as it should. maybe when lee stalks the forum he will see your idea and we shall mull it over!! good idea though!!
